Years of Experience Required:

4+ years of overall professional experience as a BA, PO, or of similar job experience 

Basic Job Description: 

Review, analyze and evaluate MI’s Recognition, Incentive and Engagement web portals. Use creativity and strategy to meet client/product needs and document requirements, define objectives, and formulate solutions to support overall business strategies (75% of role). Rely on experience in working with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive strategic corporate initiatives and help guide software development projects from initiation to deployment, including front-end testing of the designed solution (25% of role). 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Work with internal teams to prioritize and define modifications to MI’s multi-tenant Incentive web application 
  • Guide the design of MI’s multi-tenant applications 
  • Make decisions off market research and data insight to define the future vision of our applications 
  • Strategize with clients on their web application change requests and bridge the gap between the client and internal web developers 
  • Oversee the stages of a product’s lifecycle from design through development 
  • Ability to understand the customer’s particular program and technical needs to position and document a solution mix which best addresses their needs 
  • Participate in account strategy sessions with the intent of developing system recommendations 
  • Work closely with other BAs, Web Developers, and Product Owners to formulate a product’s launch or solution change 
  • Tackle challenges and new findings in the midst of a sprint 
  • Assist in front-end web testing of your designed solution 
  • Support responses and solutions to client RFIs/RFPs 
  • Ability to demonstrate and communicate the value of the product solution, not just document the functional requirements 
  • Be resourceful and creative, consider how existing solutions might be combined to engender new sales opportunities 
  • Support MI-specific value proposition hypotheses that clearly articulates “why MI?” and “why now?” 
  • Present solution roadmap information to customers and prospects

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Builds a strong working relationship with both the prospect and the MI teams 
  • Portrays communication skills to meet business needs through phone conversations, written communication, and face to face meetings 
  • Quickly understands the business issues and data challenges of a client's organization and industry 
  • Use problem solving to work through and communicate roadblocks 
  • Leads team meetings on a designed solution 
  • Deliver informative, well-organized presentations based on business needs 
  • Thoroughly understands MI’s products to participate in prospect demos 
  • Take input from others and be able to accurately apply it to the solution 
  • Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients 
  • Be fluent in using web sites across many browsers/devices 
  • Feel comfortable using Excel, Word, SnagIt, etc, to create a client-facing, professional requirements document with detailed mock-ups 
  • Possesses understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design (preferred, not required
  • Ensure multi-platform and multi-device (PC, mobile & tablet) UI/UX responsive design 
  • Exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices, when solving business problems 
  • Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets

Years of Experience Required: 5+ years of overall coding experience with 3+ years having experience with SQL, CSS, C#.Net Web Forms, or JavaScript-based frameworks (e.g. AngularJS, React, Node.js). Single Page Applications Software as a Service (SSAS) and Azure experience is a plus. 

Basic Job Description: 

Looking for eager contributors and leaders to design, develop, customize, maintain, and support performance management programs (PPM) for Fortune 500 and Private 2000 clients. Interact with key stakeholders, such as our clients and key leadership team members to clarify requirements and provide input into the creation of epic incentive software. Contribute ideas and technology alternatives to make our product and company better! We’re willing to take on new ideas and grow your skill set by leveraging new technologies. It is a trend that our customers insist on. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Work as a Full Stack Web Developer within a team of Business Analysts, Account Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and Testers to produce exceptional incentive software. 

We are looking for a developer who stays current with tools and design. Creativity and imagination are the ingredients to solving challenges. Write code that is testable, doesn’t produce bugs, or break existing functionality when moved to production – brings imagination to life. 

Our clients generate deadlines, and we create timelines. We are looking for developers who can work equally as well on their own or in a team environment. This makes it possible to get our developers involved with the costing, scoping, and architecture of what will be built. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 

Demonstrated knowledge & experience with C#, ASP.NET, SOAP & Rest APIs, JavaScript, SQL, CSS, and Bootstrap. 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team – you will be working with other developers on larger projects and working solo on smaller projects. 

Strong communication and problem-solving skills – you’ll be working with other internal team members and clients. Ability to handle multiple priorities and dedicated to meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
