MIBANC Personal Account System is an incentive currency that assists in the tracking and fulfillment of earned award credits. It allows individual participants to accumulate award earnings and select the rewards they really want.

Clients can track their own programs and send MI files to upload into the MIBANC system which participants can access via the web and use their points to order the awards of their choice. i.e. gift certificates, merchandise, individual travel and debit cards. Monthly statements notify participants of all deposits, withdrawals, refunds, etc. in the account.  Participants have access to account information through the web as well as through an automated voice response (AVR) system, which allows them to place orders 24/7.  MIBANC makes award selection and redemption easier than ever with maximum flexibility.
