Job Title: Program Manager

Summary:

  • Manages and implements new client programs and change requests for existing programs.
  • Leads client implementation meetings, provides guidance, documents all program plans and deliverables, creates test plans and performs quality controls and testing.
  • Serves as a point of contact between clients and operating departments throughout the life of the program and communicates feedback and requests to the appropriate area.
  • Ensures that all projects are on time, on budget and meets all client expectation.
  • Manages program change requests including documentation, communication to operating departments and implementation.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field along with PMP certification.
  • Three to five years of B2B customer service or project coordinator/management experience in the incentive, marketing or business services industries.
  • Proven ability to articulate client requests to operating departments, contribute to solution development and manage client expectations.
  • Proficient with MS Office software and experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel offsite (5%) as needed.
