Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Summary:

• Responsible for coordinating gift card orders for clients, participants and merchants.
• Manages gift card inventory and supports fulfillment operations.
• Data entry of various orders, account updates and serial numbers.
• Coordinates and ships daily purchase orders for the appropriate merchants.

Requirements:

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 – 3 years of customer service or inventory management experience.
• PC literate; experience with e-mail, excel and word.
• Basic math and accounting skills.
