Job Title: Account Executive

Summary:

  • Responsible for the direct sales of incentive products and services to end-users.
  • Consults with prospects and customers on performance improvement initiatives affecting employees, customers and distribution channels.
  • Collaborates to develop client proposals.
  • Develops and manages the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in outside sales of high-ticket intangibles to top management.
  • Five to Seven years of experience in a B2B sales capacity.
  • Knowledge of incentive industry trends, performance theory and motivation philosophies.
  • Experience with non-controlled distribution channels.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and negotiation.
  • Ability to sell non-tangible services with long sell cycles.
  • An understanding of demographics of prospects in order to determine sales potential.
  • Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed.
