Job Title: Account Executive
Summary:
- Responsible for the direct sales of incentive products and services to end-users.
- Consults with prospects and customers on performance improvement initiatives affecting employees, customers and distribution channels.
- Collaborates to develop client proposals.
- Develops and manages the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in outside sales of high-ticket intangibles to top management.
- Five to Seven years of experience in a B2B sales capacity.
- Knowledge of incentive industry trends, performance theory and motivation philosophies.
- Experience with non-controlled distribution channels.
- Skilled in consultative selling and negotiation.
- Ability to sell non-tangible services with long sell cycles.
- An understanding of demographics of prospects in order to determine sales potential.
- Ability to work extended hours and travel as needed.
