Applicant Policy
For purposes of recruiting and record-keeping, MI defines applicants to be those individuals who have completed and signed an approved Application for Employment. These will be kept on file in the Human Resources office for three (3) years from date of receipt and will be considered for open positions for which the applicant has met the minimum requirements as defined in the job description.

Unsolicited resumes or letters of interest submitted by mail, fax or e-mail are not considered applications. These submissions will be kept on file for 90 days from the date of receipt and may be evaluated against positions that become available during that period. In the event of a match, individuals will be invited to complete an Application for Employment. These may be obtained in person, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope with a request for a copy, or by downloading the forms provided.
