Lois M. LeMenager
Chairman of the Board and CEO

Since founding MI in 1978, Lois LeMenager has led the company through tremendous growth and innovation.  Through her efforts and energy, MI remains one of the largest woman-owned businesses in the country and one of Chicago's largest private firms.

Lois still maintains a strong interest in the industry and in mentoring women in the business world. Over the years, she’s received numerous prestigious awards, all recognizing her tremendous contributions to furthering the industry. Among them are entrepreneurship awards from organizations such as the Entrepreneur of the Year Institute, Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame and American Institute of Entrepreneurs. Other awards are: Chicago's Top Women-Owned Firms, Crain's Chicago Business – one of Chicago's largest women-owned firms, 1989 – 2005, Who's Who in Chicago Business, Crain's Chicago Business, America's Top 500 Women-Owned Businesses, Working Woman Magazine – one of the largest women-owned businesses in the country. Ms. LeMenager also participates in many travel and incentive industry associations. She is a strong proponent of women’s groups, promoting the advancement of women in the business world, including the Chicago Network.

Richard A. Blabolil 
President

Under his leadership, Rick Blabolil spearheaded tremendous growth for MI during the past decade, enabling MI to become one of the largest incentive marketing companies in the U.S.

At MI, Rick drives the overall business strategy of the company as well as lends his expertise to solving our clients’ toughest challenges. He provides thought leadership to the performance improvement industry:

• President – Incentive Marketing Association (2008)
• Past President/Founder – Forum for People Performance Management
• Vice President – Incentive Research Foundation
• Board Member – Performance Improvement Council
• Past President/Board – Incentive Gift Certificate Council

Industry affiliations includes: Trustee and Chairman of the Marketing Committee of The Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement and Trustee of SITE (Society of Travel and Incentive Executives.) Rick holds an MBA from Northwestern University, J.L. Kellogg School of Management.

Rick and his wife, Jill are the proud parents of Meghan, Molly, Emily, and Abby.  When he’s not running or cheering-on the Northwestern Wildcats, you’ll spot him sitting in the stands, supporting his daughters. When he wants to relax, he picks up a best seller or enjoys a healthy discussion about current events.

Executive Vice President

Sherry Blabolil-Das has been a critical component of the company since its doors opened in 1978. Having been involved in every aspect of the company, Sherry serves as our resident expert on product development, travel, program administration, customer service and fulfillment. Her working knowledge of the company is unsurpassed. And, she’s fiercely committed to providing the full spectrum of strategic people performance management programs to our clients.

Sherry is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Innovators Travel Division and brings a keen understanding of today’s hottest destinations. Her ability to create the “magic” for our clients is what keeps them coming back, year after year. What’s more, her keen understanding of industry trends has allowed MI to create new opportunities in profitable, cross-functional relationships for our clients.

Sherry believes in industry involvement and is an active member of the Incentive Gift Card Council (IGCC) and the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA). She served as IGCC’s past President in 2003/2004 and is now very involved in the IMA’s strategic planning, mentor, and certification committees.

Michael DePaul  
Vice President of Technology and Product Strategy

For more than a decade, Mike DePaul, has served as our resident computer-wiz. He’s taken MI from the early days of technology, creating and maintaining our program databases to implementing new applications, including our new People Performance Management Suite.

As a dedicated IT professional, he participates in the Incentive Marketing Association as well as serves on the board of the IMA’s Online Incentive Council. DePaul received his bachelor's degree in what else….computer science with a minor in marketing from Northern Illinois University.

John Lawson, CPA 
CFO and Vice President of Finance and Operations 

John’s 28-year career as a certified public accountant has encompassed a broad range of experience, including working for a top CPA firm (Coopers) and publicly-held corporations.  For the past ten years, he has served in the role of chief financial officer for large private companies.
