High-Impact Communications
Critical to the success of any program is attention-getting, motivational and ongoing communications. Once a program concept has been determined, our Creative Services Team develops a strategic communications plan, integrated with a concept/theme, logo and other graphics to be used throughout the program. Then, a complete communications plan will be developed, incorporating traditional with electronic media. Depending on your needs, these materials could include:
Teaser Mailing with Premiums
In order to create advanced “buzz” for the program launch, pre-launch messaging is released in the form of emails, voice mails, flyers or direct mail postcards. This “leak” generates eager anticipation for the launch and lays a strong foundation for an exciting program. An attention-getting, themed premium generates further excitement.
Announcement Packet
The announcement packet includes program brochure and other materials to outline the specific expectations and rules of the program. Upon receipt of the packet, participants form their all-important first impression of this program. Our objective is to have participants exclaiming “wow . . . great… . . keep it coming!”
On-Premise Posters
To keep the program top of mind, motivational posters are displayed in prime spots throughout your company.
Follow Up Communications
The launch is followed up with ongoing communications in the form of high-impact flyers, mailers, premiums, etc. to maintain awareness and generate continued excitement.

An easy way to stay in touch and remind participants of upcoming deadlines, enhancements to the program, etc.
Quizzes or Contests
Allows testing of educational and training components to generate further involvement.
